Chocolate makes everything better and this mousse is delicious. You can indulge without any guilt. It’s completely vegan, nutritionally dense, and full of vitamins and fiber.
No one will ever know that the “secret” ingredient is actually avocados. It makes the mousse so smooth & creamy!!!
- • 2 ripe avocados
- • ¾ c agave
- • ¼ c cacao powder (you could also use cocoa powder)
- • 1 tsp vanilla extract
- • 2 tbsp coconut oil
- Blend avocados in a food processor until smooth
- Add agave, cacao powder, vanilla & coconut oil. Blend until combined, scrape down sides as needed and blend again until completely smooth.
- This can be eaten immediately or can be refrigerated for later and will become very thick & creamy.
