Roasted Balsamic Broccoli with Parmesan

Course Side Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 4 c broccoli florets
  • 1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c balsamic vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/4 c freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425*
  • Place broccoli on a large sheet pan.
  • Drizzle the olive oil & balsamic vinegar over the broccoli. Season with salt & pepper. Toss to coat.
  • Place on top rack of oven and roast for 20 min or until tender.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle the Parmesan over the broccoli.
