Before opening a restaurant and starting my food blog, my job was stock photography.. I am still listed with 11 stock agencies around the world and LOVE it!!! When I opened TaylorMade Market, I packed away my camera & forgot about the stock life. I want you to know, I made money with every single agency, every single month and I didn’t take or submit one single photograph. All the sales, for well over a year, were from the years before. So when I sold the restaurant and started food blogging, I started submitting my photos once again and BAM! Back in the top rankings and making daily sales from old & now new photos.

It is exciting to see your photos on billboards and in magazine advertisements..

If you are a food blogger, I encourage you to do this. This is very different from FoodGawker or Tastespotting – Those sites only refer traffic – This site only refers $$$

You spend countless hours, photographing, editing, keywording – get paid for it. It is easy to get started. Once you submit some examples of your photos, it takes 2-3 days for them to be approved.. and then they sell as long as you keep them on the site.. Over & Over & Over. The BEST part of stock photography, is my children will eventually inherit the copyright and the monthly income that is generated from each site.. It never ends..
