Roasted Garlic & Cream Cheese Stuffed Jalapeños

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 head of roasted garlic
  • 1 8 oz package of cream cheese refrigerated
  • 12-15 jalapeños split in half lengthwise and deseeded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Cut a head of roasted garlic in half and squeeze out 5-6 cloves. Smash the cloves into a paste.
  • Spread the garlic paste over a block of cream cheese, either by rubbing it in directly or mixing it in a bowl.
  • Slice the cream cheese and shape it to fit inside the halved and deseeded jalapeños.
  • Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is brown and bubbly.
