Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb of Brussel Sprouts
  • 8-12 garlic cloves
  • ΒΌ C Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 425*
  • Trim end of Brussels sprout and pull off any loose outer leaves. Slice in half, lengthwise.
  • Place Brussels Sprout halves face down onto baking sheet. Add garlic cloves and drizzle with olive oil & balsamic vinegar. Add salt & pepper. Roast in oven for 20-25 min until tender. Stirring 1-2 times during cooking.
